Refund policy

All our items are non-refundable.

You may exchange an item with another available color, size or model within five business days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning an item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The purchaser shall insure their return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs are not refundable, and purchaser is responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the item is received used or otherwise not in brand-new condition. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped with no substitution or switching of parts. Although great care is taken to safely package all items, damage by the U.S. postal service or the buyer will not be an acceptable reason for return. The purchase of insurance is encouraged; if an item is damaged during shipment the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter.

Sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable and not valid for exchanges.
